Auction Procedure

After deducting the expenditure incurred towards the auction the remaining amount shall be adjusted towards the due taxes and penalty determine or imposed on the vehicle. The balance, if any, amount after such adjustments, shall be paid to the owner from whom the vehicle was impounded.
