Regional Transport Officer, Assistant Regional Transport Offer or Transport Tax Offer working in Uttarakhand and as specified in the Uttarakhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2011 or otherwise shall be the Taxation Officer within the local limits of their respective sub region or region.
