Presentation of declaration

(1) Every person who either on the commencement of the Act or thereafter, on becoming possessed of a motor vehicle which becomes liable to tax shall within fifteen days of such vehicle becoming so liable, complete, sign and deliver to the Taxation Officer the declaration in Form A.

(2) A separate declaration shall be made in respect of every motor vehicle.
