The following officers are authorized to exercise powers under section 16, sub-section (1) of section 22 or section 24, namely:- (i) Transport Commissioner (ii) Additional Transport Commissioner (iii) Deputy Transport Commissioner (iv) Assistant Transport Commissioner (v) Taxation Officer defined in rule 3
