Statutory text
- (i) The Annual Report of the University will be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the Board of Governors on or after such date as may be prescribed and the Board of Governors shall consider the report in its Annual Meeting;
- (ii) The Board of Governors shall submit the Annual Report to the Chancellor along with its comments, if any.
