Teachers of the University

Statutory text
- (i) Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors /Lecturers, Tutors, and any other posts or persons specified by the Executive Council will be the teachers at the University;
- (ii) Qualifications of teachers of different categories shall be as per norms of the University and prescribed by UGC, AICTE, BCI, INC, PCI, COA or any other statutory body, as the case may be and where not so specified by any statutory body, as may be approved by the Executive Council;
- (iii) The pay and service conditions of the teachers will be recommended by the Executive Council to the Chancellor, as per norms, who in turn, will refer those to the Board of Trustees for approval.
