Establishment of the University

Statutory text
- (i) There shall be established in Srinagar, West Tripura, India, a University by the Trust in the name of Science Technology and allied Skill University, Tripura;
- (ii) The Headquarters of the University will be at Srinagar, West Tripura, India and it may also establish Campus, Study Centre, Off-Campus or Campus Study Centers at such places anywhere in the State;
- (iii) The University shall be an Autonomous Body;
- (iv) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall sue and be sued by the same name.
