Statutory text
  1. (i) The Academic Council shall be the Principal Academic Body of the University and shall subject to the provisions of the Statutes and the Ordinances, coordinate and exercise general supervision over the academic and research policies and implementations of the University;
  2. (ii) The Constitution of the Academic Council, the term of the office of its members and its powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed by the statutes.
