An entry to the effect that the order in appropriate form has been duly be dispatched to the Sub-Divisional Office or the lower court, as the case may be, shall be made by the clerk or other officer of the court on the order sheet and the file shall not be consigned to the Record Room till a copy of this form has been returned by the Officer concerned with a note that the order contained therein has been communicated to the Circle Office concerned and that he has pasted a copy of the order for necessary action in the guard book.
