Remission or suspension of land revenue

Remission or suspension of land revenue may be granted—

1. (a) in the event of failure of crops due do—
2. (b) widespread calamities such s famine, draught, etc.;
3. (c) local calamities such as hail, floods, locusts and similar visitation; and
4. (d) in case in which crops could not be grown in any area in consequence of an order made under any law by a competent authority.
