- (1) If the officer ordering or conducting the sale is of the opinion that there are sufficient grounds for such action he may adjourn the sale after recording reasons therefore.
- (2) Where the sale is postponed or adjourned under sub-rule (1) a fresh proclamation shall be made unless the defaulter consents in writing to waive it.
