Chapter V LAND RECORDS

- (1) The record of right shall consist of a statement of rights in from 7, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Khatian’
- (2) There shall ordinarily be a separate Khatian for each person interested or group of persons jointly interested in the land an the Khatian shall show the rights and liabilities of each such person.
