Distribution of business and Secretary may sign for Court

Statutory text
(1) Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Tamil Nadu Board of Revenue Act, 1894, shall, so far as may be, apply to the Board of Revenue when exercising jurisdiction as the Court of Wards. (2) It shall in all cases be lawful for a Secretary of the Board of Revenue to sign on behalf of the Court.
