Manager and other servants to be deemed public accountants and amenable to Regulation IX of 1822

Every manager or other servant of the Court entrusted with the receipt, custody or control of moneys or securities for money on behalf of the Court or with the management of any property under its superintendence shall be deemed to be a public accountant within the meaning of the Public Accountants' Default Act, 1860, and shall be amenable to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Revenue Malversation Regulation, 1822, as if he were a servant of the Collector's public establishment.
