Power to make rules.

The Court may, with Ohe previous sanction of the State Government, makf rules consistent with this Am--.

(a) regulating the management of property under the superintendence of the Court; and

(b) generally for the guidance of all persons in all under this Act and for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
