Application by proprietor

A proprietor may make application to the State Government to have his property placed under the superintendence of the Court, and the State Government may, on being satisfied that it is expedient in the public interests that such property should be managed by the Court, make a declaration to that effect and order the Court to assume the superintendence of such property.
