Repeal and savings

On and from the commencement of this Act, the Sikkim Water Supply and Water Charges Ordinance, 2025 is hereby repealed; Notwithstanding such repeal, any order issued or action taken under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly taken under the corresponding sections of this Act.
