Revision

The Minister-in-Charge of Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Sikkim may, either on his own motion or upon an application made to him, at any time, for reasons to be recorded in writing, call for the record of any case disposed of by any authority under this Act and if in such case it appears to the Minister that any order passed should be modified, annulled or reversed, he may pass such order as he may deem fit not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules and such order shall be final and shall not be called in question in any Court.
