Resignation of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary and other members

Statutory text
- (1) The Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson or Secretary may resign his office by giving a notlce in writing to the Sponsoring Body, stating his intention so to do, and on such resignation Oeing accepted by thl Sponsoring Body, the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson or Slcretary, as the case may be. shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
- (2) The Sponsoring Body may also suo moto termlnate the services of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperron or Secretary if their funetioning is found detrimental to the purpose/ interest of the Board,
- (3) Any other member may resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the Chairperson, staiing his intention so to do, and on such resignation being accepted by the Board such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
