Statutory text
- (1) After the completion of the audit, the auditor shall submit within 14 days to the Sponsoring Body a repon on the accounts audited, and shall send a copy thereof to the Board and thereupon, the Board shall forward the report to the Sponsoring Body with its comments thereupon. 12) The Sponsoring Body shall take such action on the report submitted under Section 1 as it thinks fit.
