Statutory text
- (1) The Chairperson shall place at the first annual meeting of the Board in the year next following the year in which it is constituted and at every annual meeting thereafter a report on the working of Board during the last preceding financial year. He shall also place annual accounts of the Board of that year. (2) The reporl and the annual accounts shall be forwarded to the Board before one month of its presentation at the annual meetlng of the Board with such comments thereon as the Chairperson may think fit to make.
