- (1) The Board may also constitute the following Committees:- (a) Syllabus Committee; (b) Examinaiion Commiitee; (c) Recognition Commrltee; ancj (d) Finance Conrrnittee. (2) The Boai.d rnay ccnstiiute such c,ther' cr)ntrnillee i'rr cor-niTlittees as it nra-v think fit (3) The committee coristltuted b),the Boarc sir:-rli irerfcrm such othar functions as rnay be prescribeci and as may be Celegated to 'l D',' the Eoard' (4) Each of the Comrnittees constituted under sub-section (1)shall consist of the Vice-Chairperson as its Chairperson and such other members, not exceeding seven as the Board maY think fit, (5) Each such committee shall have a Secretary thereof who shall be deputecj by the Vice-Chairperson with Drlor consent oi the (lhairperson. Provided that ihe Examination Conrmittee shall have the Secretary to be known as the Examination Controller, Such Secretary shall be an officer appointeti by the Sponsoring tsody' (6) Any member of the Board rnay be aOpointed to be a member of any Committee constituted under sub-section (4) but the totai number of members of the Board, including Vice-ChairperSOn in any such c6mmittee shail not exceed four,
