Contribution towards the Board

Every Market Committee shall, out of its funds, pay to the board as contribution such percentage of its income derived board. From license fees and market fees as may be prescribed by the State Government by notification in the official gazette, to meet the expenses of establishment of the board and expenses incurred in execution of the functions assigned to the Board under this Act.
