Power to grant exemption from Market fee

The State Government may, by notification and subject to such conditions and restrictions, if any, as may be specified therein exempt in whole or in part any agricultural produce brought for sale or bought or sold in the market area specified in such notification, from the payment of market fee for such period as may be specified therein;
