Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Member Officers and servants etc. of Market Committee of Board to be public servant

The Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, Member, Secretary, other officers and servants of a Market Committee and the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, the members, the officers and servant etc. of market other servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 (No. 45 of 1860).
