Filling of Casual Vacancy

In the event of death or resignation or disqualification or removal of any member of the Board or any vacancy occurred otherwise before the expiry of his term of office, a casualvacancy shall be deemed to have occurred in such office and such vacancy shall befilledrasrsoon as may be, by nomination by the State Government. The person so ncminatedsball hold such office for the un-expired term of his predecessor.
