Statutory text
(1) The State Government may delegate to the Board or any officer of the State Government not below the rank of Director any of the powers conferred on it by or under the, Act other than the powers to make rules under Section 109. (2) The Director may delegate any of his powers to an officer of the State Government not below the rank of officer of Class II Cadre.
