Amendment of section 74, Rajasthan Act No. 35 of 1959.- In sub-section (1) of section 74 of the principal Act, after the existing clause (c) and before the existing clause (d), the following new clause (cc) shall be inserted, namely:- “(cc) for prescribing strength, salary, the conditions of service and emoluments, recruitment, granting leave, censuring, reducing, suspending or dismissing an employee of any of the services of the Trust for misconduct and dispensing with their services for any other reason under section 24.;”.
