Amendment of section 8, Rajasthan Act No. 28 of 2023.- For the existing clause (iv) of sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Udaipur Development Authority Act, 2023 (Act No. 28 of 2023), hereinafter in this Chapter referred to as the principal Act, after the existing expression “below the rank of” and before the existing expression “a Joint Legal Remembrancer”, the expression “ a District Judge, or” shall be deleted.
