15. Amendment of section 91, Rajasthan Act No. 39 of 2013.- After the existing sub-section (1) and before the existing sub-section (2) of section 91 of the principal Act, the following new sub-section (1-A) shall be inserted, namely:- “(1-A) The State Government may make rules for prescribing strength, salary, the conditions of service and emoluments, recruitment, granting leave, censuring, reducing, suspending or dismissing an employee of any of the services of the Authority for misconduct and dispensing with their services for any other reason under section 9.”.
