Definition of tenant

In this Chapter, the expression 'tenant' means a tenant as defined in clause

1. (k) of section 2, who is not liable to be ejected—
2. (a) under clauses
3. (a) and
4. (b) of sub-section

1. (1) of section 7A; or
   • (b) under clauses
   • (a) and
   • (b) of sub-section
2. (2) of section 7A;
