Rights and privileges of tenants under other laws not affected

Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be construed to limit or prejudice the rights and privileges of any tenant under any other law for the time being in force or any usage, or arising from any contract, grant, decree or order of a court or otherwise howsoever.
