Officers and employees of a self-supporting co-operative society

(1) A self-supporting co-operative society shall appoint such officers and employees, as in its opinion, may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the self-supporting co-operative society. (2) The salary and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees appointed under sub-section (1), shall be such, as may be determined by bye-laws.
