Acts of a self-supporting co-operative society not to be validated by certain defects

No act of self-supporting co-operative society or Board or of an officer shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of any defect in the procedure or in the constitution of such society or of the Board or in the appointment or election of an officer.
