Establishment of Education Fund.

(1) A self-supporting co-operative society shall establish a Fund to be known as the Education Fund to which such amount of its net profits, as may be specified by the Registrar, shall be credited : Provided that such amount shall not exceed two per cent of the net profits. (2) The Education Fund established under sub-section (1), shall be utilized for the purposes mentioned in section 32.
