Exclusion of jurisdiction of Utkal University

Notwithstanding anything cantaining in sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of Section 32 of the Orissa university Act, 1989 the geographical area of the Ravenshaw University hereby established under this Act is excluded from the jurisdiction of the Utkal University.
