The Dean of students' welfare

(1) The Dean of studenls' welfare shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Executive Council lor a period of three years on the recommendation ol the Execulive Council. (2) The seleclion. terms ol office. ernolumenls and other conditions 01 service o[ the Dean of the sludents' weilare shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statute. (3) He shall exercise such powers as may be prescribed by the Slatute, Ordinance and Regulalions from time to time.
