Statutory text
(1)The Librarian shall be a whole lime ollicerof the Universily and shall be selected by a duly constituted Seleclion Committee and appointed by the Executive Council of the Universily. (2) He shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed by the Stalute and Regulations from time to time.
