Filling of casual vacancies

All casual vacancies among the members (olher than ex-ficiomembers) of any authority or other body of Ihe University shall be filled up as soon as may be by the person or body who appointed or elected the member whose place has fallen vacant, and the person appoinled or elected lo a causal vacancy shall be a rnernber ol iuch iuthorily or body for Ihe remainder of the term lor which the person whose place helshe fills-up.
