Other Officers

(1) All other officers including members of the academic staff not being officers in Class I under the Government shall be appointed by the Chairman in consultation with the Executive Committee. (2) All other employees shall be appointed by the Chairman in accordance with the procedure prescribed in that behalf. (3) The officers mentioned in sub-section (1) shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may, from time to time, be assigned to them by the Chairman.
