Academic staff of the Council

(1) The Council may have academic staff consisting of the following, namely:- (a) subject experts, (b) Teachers of institutions established and managed by the Council. (2) Persons belonging to the academic staff shall remain in charge of academic programmes, teaching and such other duties of academic nature as may be assigned to them by the Council.
