Statutory text
  1. (1) The Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and the employees of the Samiti shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
  2. (2) The employees of the Samiti shall be governed by the Orissa Government Servants' Conduct Rules, 1959.
