Inspecting and superintending officers of Samiti

It shall be the duty of the Government or such officers or authorities as they may authorise to see that the proceedings of the Samitis are in conformity with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and that the implementation of the decisions taken therein and all actions taken by the Samitis for carrying out the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder are free from fraud, misappropriation, embezzlement and other criminal bearings.
