Exemption from Court Fees

Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Court Fees Act, 1870, no court fee shall be payable on any application made or any document filed in any proceedings under the provisions of this Act. Explanation-For the purposes of this section, "document" shall not include a Vakalatnama.
