Disposal of objection

(1) The Consolidation Officer shall, in the prescribed manner, dispose of objections filed under section 18 after giving the Consolidation Committee and the parties concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard. (2) The Consolidation Officer shall have powers to modify the Provisional Consolidation Scheme to such an extent or to remand the same to the Assistant Consolidation Officer with such directions as he necessary in the interest of proper consolidation.
