Correction of changes and transfer of rights

(1) All matters relating to changes and transfers affecting any of the rights, title and interests recorded in the Land Register published under section 13 for which cause of action arose after the publication of records under section 6 may be raised before the Assistant Consolidation Officer as and when they arise but not later than the date of publication of the revised order, if any, under sub-section (1) of section 5 or the date of confirmation of the scheme under sub-section (1) of section 21, whichever is earlier: Provided that it shall also be competent for the Assistant Consolidation Officer to consider such cases suo motu. (2) The provisions of sections 6 to 12 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the hearing and disposal of any matter raised under sub-section (1) as if it were a matter raised under the aforesaid sections.
