Directors 23.
- (1) There shall be the following whole time Directors who shall be appointed by the Pro Chancellor:
- (i) A Director for operations in the State of Nagaland; and
- (ii) As many Directors as required to be fixed by regulations for looking after the operations outside the State of Nagaland.
- (2) The Directors shall not hold office beyond the age of 62 years.
- (3) Their other terms and condition shall be as per regulations.
