The Councils shall follow the same procedure followed for awarding honorary degrees.

Teaching and curriculums

1. (1) All teaching in the University shall be done by teachers appointed by the University in accordance withthe regulatiom.
2. (2) The syllabus, cumculum, the manner of organization of teaching and other connected matters inrespect ofeach course or programme of study in the University shall be as prescribed in the regulations.
