Statutory text
Cattle trespassing in a reserved forest or in a village forest shall be deemed to be cattle doing damage to public plantation within the meaning of section 11 of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1871, and may be seized and impounded as such by any Forest Officer or Police Officer.
