Alienation of rights in reserved forest.

(1) Notwithstanding anything herein contained, no right continued under section 12 shall be alienated by way of grant, sale, lease, mortgage, or otherwise without the previous sanction of the State Government: Provided that, when any such right is continued for the beneficial enjoyment of any land or building, it may be sold or otherwise alienated with such land or building without such sanction. (2) The benefit of any right continued under section 12 shall not be leased, sold or bartered except to the extent defined by the order recorded under that section.
